2014 was the first ever Bishop’s Castle Challenge Walk. Some 120 walkers registered and 109 took part on the day which was dry and sunny if a little cold for mid August! We had great comments from walkers about the organisation, the food and, of course, the walk.

The 2015 walk took place in good weather with 100 plus walkers taking part and we raised about £1,300 - finishing off the Target 250 Appeal to raise the local contribution to the near £1,000,000 spent on the Town Hall during the 2013/14 renovation, funded mainly by the Heritage Lottery
